Why You Should Use Person CPA Accounting Services

You deserve to be treated like a first priority client.

All of Person CPA Accounting Services’ clients are small businesses, ranging in size from $50,000 to $5,000,000 in annual sales. We can’t afford to treat the small business client as anything but a first class client, because they are the only clients we have.

Avoid getting a surprise tax bill on April 15th.

We provide you with monthly financial statements that let you constantly monitor your tax bill. In addition, we encourage each of our small business clients to meet with us each fall to estimate their tax liability.

We make sure you don’t get IRS penalties and notices.

We will prepare your payroll and sales tax returns and make sure you know the proper amounts to pay and when and how to pay them. If you do receive IRS notices, we will respond to them at no cost to you.

Know what your accounting costs will be.

Our monthly accounting services are provided for a fixed monthly fee. What’s more, our average small business client pays about $3,500 each year for all their accounting services, not the $5,000 to $20,000 that other accounting firms might charge.

Know exactly where your business is standing.

We deliver timely, accurate financial statements to over 300 businesses on a monthly or quarterly basis and we can do the same for you.

Don’t pay accountant rates for bookkeeping services.

Most CPAs don’t enjoy doing bookkeeping and quite frankly aren’t good at it. We assign you a full time bookkeeper to do your bank reconciliation and prepare your monthly financial statements. Each of our bookkeepers has a two year technical degree in bookkeeping and has graduated at or near the top of their class. In addition, they average over 15 years of practical experience dealing with small businesses like yours.

Don’t pay extra for a 15 or 20 minute phone call.

As part of our fixed monthly fee, you receive unlimited consultations on tax and accounting matters on the phone or in our office. We do charge for large projects, but we will tell you that in advance and give you an estimate of the cost.

You shouldn’t have a new staff person each year.

Our accounting and bookkeeping staff have been with us for an average of over five years. When you become a client of ours, you will be assigned an accountant and bookkeeper and they will probably stay on your account as long as you are in business. Helping a new accountant or bookkeeper to get to know you and your business is a lot of work and we make every effort to see you do it only once.

You don’t want to talk about GAAP and FASB rules and IRC Secxxx(b).

We speak ordinary English. Sure we know those terms, but our job is to make sure you know how to make money and save taxes, and we pride ourselves in being able to clearly communicate ideas to you.

Get the best possible answer to your small business questions.

We work with over 300 small businesses and have been answering small business questions for over 10 years. Chances are we will have heard and answered any small business questions you have many times before. Hopefully we will have not only an answer, but the answer that has proved to be most profitable to our clients in the past.
